The platform is not approved, cleared, or certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority. It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision-making, or patient management.
Any outputs generated by this platform are experimental and must not be used to guide patient care.

BrainIAC Platform provides access to research-grade machine learning models for exploratory analysis of brain MRI data. The platform is not a medical device, has not undergone regulatory review or clearance, and does not provide medical advice. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for clinical use. Users assume full responsibility for interpretation and use of all outputs.
Data Handling and Privacy
Uploaded MRI data is processed transiently for inference and is not stored after processing is complete. The platform does not retain uploaded imaging files. You must not upload Protected Health Information (PHI) or personally identifiable information; all uploaded data must be fully de-identified in accordance with applicable laws. Limited usage analytics, such as page visits and interaction metrics, may be collected through third-party analytics providers to improve platform functionality.
Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
All models, architecture, code, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of the platform creator. The platform may not be used for: clinical deployment; commercial product integration; regulatory submissions; or model extraction or reverse engineering. Commercial use requires prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform creator disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.
